Ruth Rennie has over 20 years experience developing and implementing sustainability processes, driving collaboration and partnerships between companies, governments, NGOs and local communities in over 30 countries. She led the development and implementation of the world's largest sustainable agriculture certification at the Rainforest Alliance. She has also supported multinationals to prepare for mandatory sustainability reporting and embed sustainability into core business functions with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
Christiaan Prins has over 20 years of experience in managing corporate communication departments and overseeing corporate engagement with societal stakeholders at leading international organisations and companies, including the European Parliament, Unilever and Barry Callebaut. Under his leadership, Barry Callebaut was top-rated for the management of ESG risks for five years in a row according to Sustainalytics (2019-2023)
Nicko Debenham brings more than 35 years of experience working on cocoa and other raw material value chains at Armajaro and Barry Callebaut. He possesses unique expertise in developing and introducing traceable and sustainable cocoa systems in collaboration with governments in origin countries. Nicko has played a key role in bringing together pioneering knowledge from the cocoa industry to lead the strategic direction of sustainability development programs.
